Hon. Peter Romary, Attorney-at-Law, Honorary Consul for the Republic of Namibia. Romary holds both English and American law degrees and has practiced law in North Carolina since 1994.
Judge David A. Leech currently serves as Chief District Court Judge for the 3-A Judicial District. He received his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and then worked in general practice before going on the bench in the early 1990s.
Judge G. Galen Braddy is a District Court Judge for the 3-A Judicial District. He received his undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and his law degree from NC Central School of Law. In practice he concentrated in the areas of civil and criminal litigation. He was appointed to the District Court bench in 2000 and was elected in 2000 and 2004.
